My Leg, My Choice is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation committed to educating patients and their families that have been diagnosed with Peripheral Artery Disease (P.A.D.) or are at risk for lower extremity amputations about their options. We provide P.A.D. information for patients, patient outreach programs, and P.A.D. screenings for high risk individuals.
